Anmol Sabzi Bujiya
Pakistani cuisine is very similar to North Indian cuisine, but incorporates noticeable Central Asian and Middle Eastern influences. Within Pakistan, cuisine varies greatly from region to region, reflecting the country’s ethnic and cultural diversity. Given the diversity of the people of Pakistan, cuisines generally differ from home to home and may be different from the mainstream Pakistani cuisine.
- Fry onions in ghee and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and Anmol Sabzi Masala fry for 10 minutes more.
- Add water as desired and cook on low heat until tender.
- 1 large onion
- 5 medium tomatoes
- ½ cup Ghee
- 2 ½ cup mixed vegetables
- Serve with Boiled Rice, naan and salad.
