Anmol Karhai Masala

If you get the chance to visit the northern areas of Pakistan, you would find many small restaurant/khokhay serving delicious Karahi. It is EXTREMELY easy to prepare. Try it out made with Anmols karhai masala and you will be amazed by the taste and the preparation time.

 

Preparation

  • Fry meat in oil.
  • Add ginger garlic paste tomatoes water karhai masala cover and cook until water dries.
  • Serve with green chilies

Ingredients Instruction

  • 1 KG Chicken/mutton/beef
  • 2 Tps of Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 packet of Karhai Masala
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ½ kg Tomatoes
  • 5-6 green chilies

Tips

  • Serve it with Raita, and Roti.
